Feeling quite intellectually invigorated today after having spent the week looking at the history of Byzantium. Class has also been outstanding on every level. We’ve voluntarily extended the class sessions, and I haven’t talked this much in a class in a long time (and that’s saying something). In spite of all the work, the lack of sleep, and zero sunlight, I feel incredibly lucky to be in grad school! - RH
